So are they taking away the option to manually mark "payment received" in the seller's management area? I have sold a few things where the buyer paid me directly and I just marked the item as "payment received" As long as that's there they cant' really force anything. Ebay here claims to be a facilitator to bring buyer and seller together -- they don't (necessarily) participate in the actual financial transaction.
