This will be the third FSBO home we've sold, all at a substantial profit and savings. That's not to say we won't use a realtor, as we have been in situations where we did because the circumstances dictated it. However, we have plenty of experience doing this, have a good real estate attorney on retainer, and have done all the work necessary to market the house.
We'll give it a few weeks then turn it over to a realtor if things start to slow down. A good friend's husband owns the largest Century 21 agency in this part of Florida - he's already got someone to market the home for us if necessary. Dan --- "Kaleb C.
