Unfortunately Tim (and Julian) it doesn't work this way - I tried changing some
settings (using the Return key after each change causing Miami to confirm acceptance)
and saved everything to a file called "test"."
When I quit - reloaded "test" and ran Miami again the settings I changed
were back to their default levels - so it looks like MiamiSysCtl is meant to be used
just once per session which is a nuisance or there's more here than meets the eye.
Kevin (Orme) no doubt you'll read this - I am registered and the "TooMany" parameter
is one of the options I want to change but I can't understand this AmigaDos batch file
you suggested. I had a look at "Events" which is something run from shell/arexx but I
can't see how it can be set up to run as default like you said. Can you enlighten me
more over this and I'll give it try - if it doesn't work then I'll just have to put up
with changing things every time I use Miami - bit of a pain as it will be.
