MiamiDx, the Database page of the config GUI, SysCtl is about the third
from the bottom choice on the cycle gadget.

I have MiamiDx 1.0c and Miami 3.2b installed. I just fired up Miami, and
it doesn't have any GUI option for SysCtl, that I can see.

Not sure. I'd download it anyway, it's worth having. If you can work out
a satisfactory way of paying for it.
