No, this is a difference between Miami and MiamiDx.  In MiamiDx there's a
SysCtl database, which is saved with all the other settings.  In Miami,
you have to use the MiamiSysCtl program.  The only way to "save" the
settings is to make a script with a series of MiamiSysCtl -w commands, and
make that a startup script for Miami (registered only).
