If you're going to get crazy... I use a former house as my garage (2 bay garage) but it is very nice to have a shower and washer/dryer there. I have a pile of old clothes there I can change into, pile them up then wash as needed. Then grab a quick shower and put the clothes I came in back on. Oh yeah, the bed is nice too, occassional mid day nap to regain strength. My wife would probably not let me into the house in my often oil saturated state I come out of the garage in, so this works out great.
