hydram's are costly if they are made from cast iron parts.currently we
are making low cost fabricated hydrams...
6'x3'
4'x2'
and 2'x1'
flow efficiency is around 15% and costing works out to 500$-1700$ which
is cheaper than most cast iron rams in the market today.
they are being used in the hilly areas of west bengal state, india by
small and medium farmers who have appreciated it.it can be made cheaper
if thinner pipes are used .currently BS and IS(indian standard) pipes
are used for fabrication .This is because a NGO procuring such devices
have specified it in their contract.

soumendu

A pulser pump might manage it. The pulser pump would run continuously
but you can arrange for it to be running "dry" most of the time. I do
not know if it would do the 200 liters per second though.
150 continuously should be possible on your site.
It has not been researched yet on that scale as far as I know. You
might need an oil indudtry engineer to help. (They deal with 2 phase
flow and might have the design knowelege)
