If you're cheap, there's also BBSSH. While it's not perfect, it is under active -if slow- development. As of November 2011, the developer claims there's an scp client coming as well. When I still had a Blackberry, I pretty actively used the app for emergency work. My only real complaint was the small type. http://bbssh.org/
