Lots. Modplug, matroska. Probably some more that I forgot about. Afaik,
you don't need anything specific, libtool-1.5 handles it all. You could
start with the old gstmpeg2enc.c wrapper as a start:
http://cvs.sf.net/viewcvs.py/gstreamer/gst-plugins/gst/mpeg2enc/Attic/.
You'll notice in the CVS commit comments that it was removed because we
removed all non-LGPL code from our CVS tree some time ago. However,
linking to non-LGPL libs is still ok...
