Yes, I've read it, a few times now. An extremely good and deep source of info.
But not aimed at mjpeg-tool users. I was thinking something that trimmed this
down to the particulars needed to understand different aspect ratios and
particular scaling settings to use with mjpeg-tools for particular formats
and source image sizes.
But thanks for the link again. I'll have another read or two this weeks.
