        Hmmm, I've had cvs remove old (cvs remove'd) files before when I use
        "cvs -z9 update -d".

        libmovtar support/use has been removed from mjpegtools so libmovtar
        is no longer needed.  If you have it installed it is safe to remove it,
        if you do not have it then do not bother with building it.
