I have tried several combinations. The problem is independend of the settings of the quality and the geometry factor. If the decimation is changed to something other than "1" the recording is fine. > Does the AVI record mode work: -f a ? Recording an AVI with decimation of "1" is possible. Unfortunately quicktime is not supported by the mjpegtools SuSE supplies as standard. As mentioned before, the problem is connected to quicktime and a decimation factor of "1" only. The solution mentioned in this list is to use the latest driver (thread: Quicktime full-res bug status? from 2005-02-09). But that doesnīt seem to fix the problem. Any ideas ?
