Why bother spend your money on more important stuff like making the car faster. My well intentioned parents thought they would be nice and took my car with H4's with 55/100 bulbs and fogs that don't turn off when the high beams come on to Randolph, one of the strictest stations I know of. The car passed with flying colors. Or if your really afraid of not passing go to Lodi and get behind a new Lexus. Your car and ten others will pass emissions as if it were a new Lexus (get my drift).
