I have the Kumho's and love them. They handle great and very low noise. about price, you are getting ripped off! Tire Rack (www.tirerack.com) is selling the Kumho's for $50 a tire. $110 is ridiculous. Looked at tire rack and found that they are selling Pirelli PZero's for $50 also. Not sure about those tires, but there are plenty of good tires for way less than $110. Check it out.
Just realized you price was Canadian so not sure the conversion/price difference but I'm sure it will be cheaper on Tire Rack. If nothing else, I'm sure someone on the list would be willing to have them shipped to his/her house then ship to you (would probably still be cheaper than 110. just an idea. I'm currently running Pirelli P7000 (strictly summer) tires 195-50-15Z and I love them. >From what tire retailers tell me, P7000's aren't available in that size anymore (pirelli.com says the same). I also inquired about the Yoko A5-20's but they've been discontinued too. Apparently Yoko has replaced the A5-20 with the ES-100 (using new tire technology, and quieter ride), priced around $125 CDN each. The only other tire I know of are the Kumho ECSTA Supra's, priced around $110 CDN each. But I don't know much about them, and their site isn't much help. I need your opinions on these tires and other comparible tires. HELP! Mark. _______________________________________________ a2-16v-list mailing list [email protected] http://mail.a2-16v.com/mailman/listinfo/a2-16v-list For list archives, see listinfo link above.
