i'm glad I can share with you all that my car was full of water in the back driver side floorpan. At least a few gallons. It was high enough to come up even with the bump in the middle of the floor between the seats. i got in the car to start it up for the first time in about a month and decided to feel if the carpet was damp and water was up to my wrist. Made me jump like a scared little girl.
Maybe I'll start be replacing all the plastic in the doors and see if the water leak stops? Anything else I should have a look at? I am no good at troubleshooting water leaks on my vws. I should be because they all have leaked - maybe its by design. How about I drill some small holes in the floor where the water puddles up... Chad
