Thanks Ricky. It does have a sunroof, but no water is leaking from the sunroof area. If I pour water in the tracks at all 4 corners with the sunroof open the the water drains to the floor by the wheels (I think it drains as much as I pour in). Could some water leak inside the car instead of draining out the drain hoses? I didn't notice any obvious water trail.
Do you mean the black rubber seals all around the doors or do you mean the plastic sheet door seals inside the door? I know the ones inside the door could be replaced. I don't know how to really tell if the black rubber door seals are good. They look fine and are all in place, but they've probably lost some of their flex and ability to seal over the past 16 years.
