Hi I am sure this may have been asked before but advise would be appreciated. To my 96 3.9L +8 I have fitted librands twin stainless exhausts and manifolds, and a K&N filter this has improved performance but I understand the engine can run a little lean plus the torque curve can be improved with an ECU CHIP change, either Optimax or Tornado. Also I believe that Vauxhall knock sensors can be fitted that turn 90 degrees and clear the new manifolds.
Can anyone tell me their experiences with either chips and/or knock sensor and what you think.
