Never type using all capital letters. NEVER DO THIS! IT LOOKS LIKE YOU'RE SHOUTING! And, in fact, that's what it means in e-mail. I'M SHOUTING! Make sure your caps lock key is off. Use ALL CAPITAL LETTERS sparingly, to indicate anger. Use !!!! sparingly. You can only generate so much emotion with the !.
