When we discover we made a mistake in a past auction (no matter how old) we
contact the buyer and offer them a full refund, plus the cost of shipping
both ways. We have lost thousands of dollars this way, but we know our
buyers really appreciate it!

We never bought into the "Marilyn" myth on those French Line cards, but if
we had, we would have contacted the high bidder from every time we sold one
wrongly identified in that fashion.
