Over the years a ton of people have contacted us that one or more items were missing from their package (so many that we have a "stock" reply telling them to carefully check *EVERYTHING *again). Time after time people contact us all embarrassed to say they found it.
I can only recall a couple of times over a 20 year period where people were adamant the missing items weren't there, and I refunded them. 99.9% of poster collectors are among the most honest people on earth.
