I usually tell my student teachers and colleagues that usually if they were to use Round Robin Reading that if one child is reading most times there are 21 who aren't. It's not an efficient strategy. I remember counting paragraphs until it was my turn and then daydreaming until it was my turn. For some kids who have to read out loud, I have them use whisper phones so they can actually hear themselves. Sue
