Has this become a NS4 support forum?

I don't mean to sound pessimist, but the last few messages all concern 
NS4. What should we do?
Like Alex, reply every time that it is the wrong newsgroup? (quite 
irritating and boring). Or ignore the poster (and risking more spam).

Me think we should ignore the poster, but if someone like Alex is ok to 
reply to every post, then that's fine too.
What we should not do is start answering those NS4 questions otherwise 
we'll turn into a NS4 support forum and that's the last thing we want.
