You can get the linux binaries from:

http://sage.math.washington.edu/home/wbhart/mpir-core2/.libs/

and mpir.h from http://sage.math.washington.edu/home/wbhart/mpir-core2/

This is not a permanent place to get these files. I will delete the
directory when you are done.
