Mr. Krueger writes about landlords who lose their license via 'conduct on
premise'.

I find it fundamentally wrong that people can have their whole retirement or
fortune wiped out by the
government because some one else was committing criminal acts, not civil
acts.

What happened to the tenants?  Did they go to jail?  Where are they now?
Lets put the landlords in charge
of fighting crime.  Kind of like putting the business' in charge of garbage
collection.

I would like to know if Mr. Krueger is a civilian employee of CCP/SAFE or a
sworn officer of MPD.  Once again it goes to the motivation of the poster.
