Yea, after noticing the Windows version is 5.3 and AIX 5.2, I'd also guess
that's the most likely scenario.  The v5.3 MQExplorer might be sending all
parameters instead of the ones changed and would include things like the
SSL parms which 5.2 wouldn't understand.

I'm just making a guess, but the problem might be due to NT sending a V5.3
channel parameter that doesn't exist on V5.2.  If you have V5.2 on NT, you
can do a quick test to verify if that's the case or not.

Marty, thanx again. Yes, the NT version is 5.3 and the AIX versions are
5.2.
Could that be the problem?? I will do a trace later and try to see if I
can
spot something. BB.
