Here's my $0.02USD worth...

How about implementing some of the cool features available on Z/OS to the
distributed platforms?
E.g.: REFRESH QMGR(EXPIRY), MOVE QLOCAL

MQSC and PCF interfaces to the authorizations?

Better cluster admin and diagnostics.

Courseware on SSL, both CBT and a hands-on instructor-led lab would be
nice.
