Hi Michael,

As you may have read on the developer mailing list
http://dev-list.musescore.org/Preparing-MuseScore-2-0-1-bug-fix-release-td7579158.html
we are working on a 2.0.1 release.

There are several "issues" that you already tackled or work on so I would
like some inputs from you.

1/ Adding strings ensemble instruments https://musescore.org/en/node/56376
It seems some people are lacking this possibility. They apparently used to
choose the Violins etc... from the instrument list to get a sound of
several string instrument playing together.

2/ Fluid soundfont. Where can I get the latest greatest in SF3 format? are
you working on anything that could have big impact on users in the next
week? What's the status of the "new piano" soundfont.

3/ Drumline soundfont. We currently have drumline instruments defined in
instruments.xml but they are silent until the user figured out he needs to
install the soundfont. If you consider the soundfont stable/good enough and
if the licensing is good, I would like to include the soundfont in 2.0.1 or
in 2.1 to make the user experience better. Any thought?

For both soundfonts, we could list the latest greatest in
https://musescore.org/en/node/36171
