1/ I can do that. I think the main concern was the musicxml id. But as far
as I know we don't use it yet.

2/ The dropbox link you are talking about is the following right?

I don't have shareable FTP space currently but I will think about a
solution so we can always link to the up to date SF3 in the handbook.

3/ This is the lowest priority for me. But it would be good to have a plan
to integrate these sounds in MuseScore. Being as a part of the default
soundfont, or an additional soundfont. Thank you for taking care of the
licensing.

I don't have a date set in stone yet for MuseScore 2.0.1 but looking at
Marc's list of issues http://musescore.org/en/issue-hit-list-marc-sabatella
I can imagine doing the packaging work beginning of next week.
