Saya setuju dengan saudara rickhy, bahwa struktur IT tergantung dari 
perusahaannya.

Hanya mau share dikit, kalau di perusahaan saya untuk helpdesk sendiri terbagi 
2 yaitu untuk team IT Application dan team IT Operation & Service (boleh di 
ibaratkan ada 2 helpdesk), jadi sudah jelas job desc. Sistemnya pun sudah 
sistem ticketing.

Untuk KPI dan SLA pun dapat terlihat dan sangat bermanfaat sekali.

Mohon dikoreksi jika ada kesalahan.
