Sure. But a Billboard list, with or without torrents, is *not* a
release. MusicBrainz is all about releases, not lists. That's why we
don't add setlists for live shows, but only tracklists for live
(bootleg) releases. And to stay with the Billboard case: I feel this
is a pirate release, not a bootleg. It's a compilation of previously
released tracks, which is, if I am correct, a pirate release. And I
don't think we should add these. Whether they're released as torrents
or CDs.
