Another point, that was raised in the relevant neomutt bug, is that
openbsd has /etc/mail/mailname.
I'm not a strong proposer of this patch, we could continue to do it in
Debian, but it breaks pretty often due to changes in init.c, so if we
could have something in flags then it will have the same result and not
look for a specific file.
