Thanks for the input David. In my haste, I forgot to update the messages
to reflect the change. The new patch:

has the message changed to "Create a text/plain pgp message?" and all the
language files have been updated accordingly (to the best of my ability).
I simply changed "application/pgp" to "text/plain pgp". The Slovakia entry
(sk.po) doesn't have a reference to application/pgp, so I left it alone.
Also, the German entry (de.po) had a parenthetical remark (to the effect of
"instead of RFC 2015"), so I took the liberty of updating it to RFC 3156.
