I am not watching any of the digitally captured shows on the mediamvp.
I did try it early on, and I saw that HD shows just didn't work, and
SD shows had audio sync issues. I am still using a pvr500 to record
most of the SD content, so I can watch most of my SD recordings that
way.

Ahh! I misunderstood.

See http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/index.php/Kworld_ATSC_110

It does QAM and ATSC on one input and can do Analog capture on the
other input. I currently don't use the analog input since you cant do
both Analog and Digital capture at the same time. I think there is a
setting in myth that tries to manage this combined analog and digital
tuner combination.

One warning. If you have a hauppauge capture card and are using lirc
to handle the remote, it is likely that putting in the ATSC110 will
cause the remote to stop working properly (taking only ever 3rd
keypress or so). This is because the driver for the ATSC110 brings in
a i2c key event driver that reads from the hauppauge device and steals
information from the lirc_i2c driver. I have a patch that I was using
to keep this from happening, but the v4l guys seem to think that it is
a lirc problem, and the lirc guys seem to think it is a v4l problem (I
agree with the lirc guys). The v4l guys suggest not using lirc, and
using the kernel's events mechanism. I had invested some time (and
some customization of a remote control) in the lirc setup, and didn't
want to change. I haven't been using the patch since I got the
HDhomerun, I just use it as an ir receiver.
