Powering off doesn't erase the flash memory and some non-zero memory
values stored in flash cause problems for mvpmc when no security is
enabled.

Very active at least from the perspective of the NMT hardware, (I'm
now looking at the next gen A200/C200).  I've also written some
plugins which gave the NMT and the MVP more access to Internet radio
and web content, which I could never do in the mvpmc client alone.
VLC telnet was fun, but it doesn't compare to having full control.
