He probably did but since you misread the GPL. I have talked to Richard
Stallman and Eben Moglen who wrote the GPL about these issues. And you
misread the GPL.

We have sued one. You do not seem to understand that distributing is
not a violation automatically. You need to fail to ship the stuff that
is a part of the combined work. Or it just "mere aggregation" as when a
lot of operating system vendors ship MySQL.
