so...arbitrary question...if you pay for MOST of your supplies at supplier X by debit, and pay for say, an inexpensive item with cash, and your yearly total exceeds said $600.00 limit, do you then have to do the 1099 report? Is it an all or nothing deal or is this a detail that hasn't been worked out yet?
