Hi Gareth, There is a trope among American entrepreneurs wherein one refers to a new, yet to be formally named company as "NewCo" or "NewCorp". This is a placeholder only, until trademarks are registered and/or other intellectual property issues are handled, else the landscape would be littered with companies with names that start with New. A similar situation exists in the case of M&A holding companies with names like "Foobar Ventures IV", which eventually change their formal name to the well-recognized name of the organization that they have acquired. -r _______________________________________________ Nanog-futures mailing list [email protected] https://mailman.nanog.org/mailman/listinfo/nanog-futures
