Yes they were both done in parallel. They are two separate projects but they
are very similar, so they have the same project name and DLL names. So if
they both build at the same time (which they did) they will share the
VSWebCache folder. 

Why put stuff in the VSWebCache folder? Is this for compatibility with how
the C#/VS compiler builds software? Can I edit NAnt and move it into a
unique folder (maybe with a GUID) or would that break compatibility?
