Hi Ike, Opening the PSU did not reveal much. Apart from some dust, everything seemed normal (to my untrained eye)... In any case, I'll be taking the PS to my electrician later today to have it more thouroughly examined... The green led I was talking about is the ON led of the three mute fader... However, I'm not sure that the problem is in the solo-in-place circuits (we've tried excersizing all the switches and seemed to have no effect). It seems as though this was just the only indicator I observed that the console is getting "bad" power (leds weakening while noise appears). I can't really explain why, but my initial intuitive perception of the issue, is that it must be a dying capacitor... Also, the fact that the problem has gotten worse and occurs more frequently indicates, I think, that there's a degredation of a component. I'll keep you updated... Sometimes a switch that you never use can fail in the "off" position, so be sure and turn all of them on and off at least a few times. See if anything changes.
