Hi Tomer,        I just had a quick look at the schematics. I suggest you look at the ribbon cables and any other associated wiring between the Three Mute Master card and the Three Mute channel cards...could be loose, arcing (as Don Put suggested) etc. also look at the PS connections to that card. There are some caps in this circuit that could be failing, also take not that the logic in this console runs off of the 7 volts that is derived between the -25v logic supply and the -18v audio supply. So, a problem with either could cause this. The fact that the problem is getting worse could still be an intermittent connection, again per Don Put's earlier post. best, Ike Tomer Lahav wrote: Hi Ike,   Opening the PSU did not reveal much. It sounds like there could be two problems, but I'm not sure if you are talking about the LED meter's when you talk about the green LEDs, or if there is a green "On" led as part of the Three Mute fader card (I haven't seen one in a while). Anyway, it sounds like the audio could be cutting out because of a fault with the solo-in place function. For starters, I would try exercising every switch in the solo and mute circuits, including the masters (I won't be around my Elan docs until tomorrow, so this is all from memory). Sometimes a switch that you never use can fail in the "off" position, so be sure and turn all of them on and off at least a few times.
