You could do this by sharing an application such as MS Front Page. You
might want to look at the Amaya browser (somewhere off the www.w3.org page).
It allows for collaborative editing of a web page. Source is freely
available on the W3 site.

Hello All,
I am using Netmeeting API's to make a small application. Using the white
board facility ,files of type .WHT can be shared between two computers. Can I
incorporate the same type of facility using files of other types like html
files(.htm) . What I mean to say is can I have the same html page on both
sides and some how changes in one can be reflected in the other and vice
-versa.Can anyone throw some light?
