The answer is specific to the firewall,NAT or proxy product used but in
general;

1) Some products have H.323 support and will allow NetMeeting calls to be
placed from inside to the outside with full audio/video/data functionality
2) Some products can be configured for only data ( often audio/video is one
way outgoing only)
3) Some products cannot be configured to allow NetMeeting calls at all
4) Incoming calls are allowed with very few products and those that do
support it usually require configuring so that only one client on the inside
can receive or place calls -- none of these calls can use the ILS as the
initiation method as the inside computer will register a non routable
private IP address in the ILS.
