[NetMeeting] No Video

I just installed netmeeting 3.1 and now I don't have any video. At one point I had it and it worked fine and now it's gone. I have a logitech quickcam VC USB camera and it works perfectly. version 2.1 of netmeeting worked fine. what can i do to get my video back?
