I am using a new e-machine with Win 98. NetMeeting 3.0 was pre-installed.
(I have also tried 3.01 and 2.11.) My camera works fine with other
software. All my NetMeeting settings are set as per NetMeeting102 in this
newsgroup. (The other user has the same settings. He is on AOL.. I am not.)
I can see my own preview but when I am connected with another NetMeeting
user, it goes off and neither of us can see the other. How do I fix this?
I have asked all the likely sources (stores where computer and camera were
purchased, e-machine tech support, MicroSoft Website Knowledge Base, Kodak
Website, my ISP, my brother in law...) and have no solution. This is my
first ever use of a news group. I have searched this entire NewsGroup for
info. Why do so many people have trouble with NetMeeting? Is there
something wrong with it?
