At one time I could see the video I was sending even working off line. It
makes no sence that the video portion only works when you start to receive
video. My check box that says "send video at start of call is not checked
and grayed out" it alwasy wasn't like this. If everyones Netmeeting is like
this no one could ever send video for the other to start. When I say that I
had video I mean that I was able to preview my video and everything under
the video tab was availiable even off line. Now it is not. The camera works
fine both as a twain device for other programs and with the program that
came with it. Version 2.1 of Netmeeting did not have this problem. It worked
perfectly both on and off line.
