Normally dial up connections are not behind a NAT - but I have seen some
small ISPs that use NAT( have you checked your Ip address when on line ?-- I
assume it is not in the range indicated).
Symptoms of being behind a NAT ( without H.323 support):
1) audio/video is one way ( outgoing only)
2) incoming calls are not possible
