Ah, ok - in which case that'll be because the other person isn't sending
their video, or your NetMeeting isn't receiving it. Do you know if you have
a firewall? If you're using your NetMeeting from home on a dialup connection
you probably haven't.

No idea. Which build of NetMeeting do you have? If you click on Help - About
NetMeeting it should give  you a four-digit number (e.g. 3388). The newest
build which came out late December I think seems to be buggier than the
previous build (3388); if you've got a newer build you might want to try
build 3388.

A NAT is a device for allocating/sharing IP addresses on a network. You seem
to be on a single computer (not networked), so unless your ISP has set one
up you probably don't have one. As you go on to say that...
