None beyond what Brian mentioned, no - checking to see whether you're behind
a NAT router either at your place, or from the ISP's end. Though I wouldn't
have thought that that would cause your Send button to be greyed out -
Brian, have you noticed that the video Send button is greyed out when in a
call made through a NAT router? I would have thought that the camera would
try to send the video and that you would get the picture-within-picture
going, though nothing would actually be transmitted.
