Hi Kacheong, I'm going to show my ignorance of NWAM here ;-)
Is it possible just to provide a hook so that a user/admin can attach a script to do configuration work.
I personally think the ability to provide a general framework to set the Network Proxy will prove fruitless. However if we can provide a hook it means I can script a hack that will work on my system where I'm the only user.
