Couldn't be simpler. Just make sure that you earth yourself before touching anything, and earth yourself regularly while you work. You have to avoid creating a static discharge. Literally, take out the screw holding the card in place, and lift out the card - try not to touch any electronics or the connector edge while handling it. Replace it (it might be worth trying another slot if you have one free) with careful even pressure, and refit the screw. That's it. Anne
